After participating in a two-part course in Industrial Relations, under the auspices of the Ghana Employers Association (GEA) and the International Professional Managers Association (IPMA), UK, Clara is now a fulle qualified aand Certified International Professional Manager MPMA), an internationally acclaimed professonal certificate. For her outstanding performance, Clara was awarded the following at the graduation held on June 4, 2021: Best Student Human Resource Development, Best Student Collective Bargaining, Best Student Organizational Behavior, Best Student Employment Relations, Best Student Principles of Industrial Relations, Overall Best Student-2018/2019 Acadmic Year. For her outstanding performance, she was further nominated for another training program organized by the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partenership (AOTS), Japan, where she was the only Africain trainee.
