Obituary - Constance Nyameke Quarcoe

Dear Old Girls,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the Home Call of Ms. CONSTANCE NYAMEKE QUACOE, a very active member of the 1968 Year Group. Constance, was one time DEPUTY AGRIC. MINISTER in the late Ex. President Rawlings' Government. She died in the USA on 4th July, 2021. Her body is expected back home for burial.
